Error: Pll bar (Pull Bar)

Error: Back to the beginning, then pull backward bar again

Error: No such design in memory

Select another designs. Design does not exist in memory

Error number: EC12

Error: Main shaft not stop in position

Main motor is not at its “stop position”

1. Turn the hand wheel by hand until the turns into

Error: Frame over border

1. Select a frame consistent with actual embroidery size

2. Select “No” to turn off this function.

Error number: EC14

Error: Part of memory lost

Replace battery on main board.

Error number: EC16

Error: Step motor

1. Check Mechanical blockages on main motor
2. Check X Y motor
3. Check X Y driver

Error number: EC17

Error: Color changing overtime

1. Check the color motor. Check motor driver board PC501/PC502.

2. Check the sensor.

Error number: EC18

Error: Color changing half rotation abnormal

Adjust by turning the hand wheel by hand.

Error number: EC19

Error: Need position abnormal

1. Adjust by turning the hand wheel by hand.

2. Check the sensor.

Error number: EC20

Error: Main motor overtime

1. Turn the hand wheel by hand Check whether the load is too heavy；
2. Turn the hand wheel by hand at least one rotation, until there is a change to , observe the icon on screen. If you do not see a change, clear or replace E923 board.

3. Test “Machine Test”→ “Test Encoder Parameters”

OPL 60±10
APL 2000±3
BPL 2000±3

If not correct, check the motor encoder plug connected to the driver.

4. Replace driver.

Error number: EC21

Error: Color changing out

“Needles” parameter setting must equal to the machine’s actual needles. 9 or 12 or 15.

Error number: EC26

Error: Trimming not in position

Check whether the detection sensor is damaged.

Error number: EC41

Error: Files not exist in disk

1. Try again.
2. Restart machine and then try again.
3. Execute “Clear All Designs” command

Error number: EC42

Error: Disk dir full

Delete useless designs in order to Free Memory.

Error number: EC43

Error: Disk space full

Delete useless designs in order to Free Memory.

Error number: EC44

Error: File distribution list error

Execute “Clear All Designs” command
