How did TheEmbroideryWarehouse end up representing Butterfly Embroidery Equipment?

TheEmbroideryWarehouse started selling used machine in the very early 2000s.  Due to the popular demand of our used machines, we were asked a lot about new embroidery equipment.

We at TheEmbroideryWarehouse began looking for high quality equipment to resell.  We checked with about 5 machine vendors and narrowed our choice down to Butterfly Embroidery Equipment who, was actively also looking for a representative in the Americas at the time as well. 

Butterfly had before been a business with nearly 100 years in the industry when we met them.  We were impressed with their quality over the other we were considering representing.  Butterfly had already had some machine sold in the USA and had a strong sales network in other countries.  We have been impressed with their ability to hold to their warranties and support.
